VuploreUniversal Staff Handbook
Required guide for all staff before internal tool access. This document is versioned, receipt-tracked, and tied to the staff member's role snapshot.
Staff work must happen through approved Vuplore systems. Private user, staff, ticket, moderation, account, platform, or legal information must not be moved to Discord, personal messages, external documents, or unapproved tools.
- Department membership allows a console to load only when verified roles confirm active access.
- Rank shows seniority. Actions still require explicit capability permissions.
- Mailbox notices, document signatures, guide acknowledgements, and ticket actions are audit-relevant records.
Evidence must stay in the ticket, case, or protected document flow. Staff may quote only what is necessary, redact unrelated personal data, and never publish internal evidence in public channels.
When unsure, staff must pause and request review from People & Culture, Legal & Compliance, Trust & Safety, Product & Technology, Community & Communications, Finance & Commercial, or IAS depending on the case.
By acknowledging this handbook, staff confirms that they understand the Code of Conduct, the official-systems rule, the confidentiality rule, and the duty to escalate uncertainty before acting.
